Jiangxi is a fairly mountainous inland province with a long history. The town of Jingdezhen is famous for its blue and white porcelain. The busy capital Nanchang is known for a key event in the Communist party's history in 1927.
The mountain resort of Lushan in the North is very popular and has many associations with political events. The principal features of Lushan are Three Ancient Trees, Dragon Head Cliff and Fairy Cave.
